It’s ep 6 and not one person has tried to shut this school or club down yet despite the multitude of staff, community and student deaths, and even Buffy and co are just like “whelp”.
I genuinely think this is something we’ve lost over time - there’s this need for everything to be explained/reasoned away on shows now and I love the 90s attitude of “shut up that’s why” for just making a silly thing with a specific intent
Something so funny about Buffy (I’m watching for the first time on my sickbed) and other 90s shows like it is how much people die in droves and everyone’s like “weird! anyway…” Like, the science teacher fell out of the school kitchen, headless, and you never see one cop
