I guess everyone's symptoms present differently, but in all seriousness lists have been one of the best coping mechanisms for ADHD I have. You make them during a hyperfocus/hypomania session, and then later you don't have to focus any longer than to read an item and do that thing.

I also have ADHD and I've made many lists 🤔

I'm new to bluesky and I'm trying to identify this genre of post. It's like the vibes are too positive here for rage bait, but everyone will happily give you advice you can openly resent.

And for the record, I did sprinkle some seasoning mix that I can't recall onto the chicken breast before I threw it in the Foreman. I'm not an animal 😆

Lol, no the George Foreman Grill is long gone. But I'm the wrong person to be giving advice here. I can eat the same meal I love every day forever, and I have a well developed "food is fuel" gear that I can turn on when I need to. Cooking for a family is a whole different beast though.

The biggest thing people get wrong about Chat GPT is that you should be using it for writing. It is a thoroughly mediocre writer. But it's so useful for so many other things.

I actually made much more complex meals when I was a bachelor. So much more time and energy than now being a parent. Steamed broccoli, a chicken breast and a box of rice takes like 30 minutes max if your standards aren't super high.

Well, I love broccoli so that actually does sound fine to me. You can always put a little butter and parmesan with them if it helps. But to be clear, the point is to get your vegetables in quick and easy and then the rest of the meal is whatever the hell you want that makes you happy.

Literally just steam broccoli.

The main bothersome thing about Bluesky so far is the self-righteous "We are way above everything that happens on Twitter and other normie platforms" vibe that imbues about half the content
