Definitely not exclusively postdocs (I've seen both MS and PhDs in those positiins), but not sure on post-bacc, so worth asking? Pathways definitely can be for undergrads.
Ask explicity about "Pathways" and "ORISE" positions. As these are super impact full for students! Half my lab alums have gone on to permanent positions from those jobs.
