I am confused about this potential announcement for ESSI. Will new countries join or is this a formalisation of ESSI into a binding framework? 🤨

Sweden already signed on Feb, at least preliminary. ESSI doesn’t have a formal agreement yet iirc

Is there already an announcement on this? I haven’t seen one, any of the bigger players (e.g. Italy, Poland, Spain) involved?
