The flooding in NC at the moment reminds me a lot of the flooding that happened in the Eifel region of German in 2021. Steep valleys and hills, not somewhere you expect floods, but the flooding killed 180 there. Climate change affects everyone.

I went to a remote Scottish cabin with the extended family. While there I was checking out Grindr to catch up on some messages and saw there was another man on the app only 20m away. The only people less than 20m away were family. And all the men are married. As am I.
