This is great. When I go into a class to watch, I always have the mindset of being there to collect information to share with the teacher that they can use to prompt their own thinking about getting better
More thinking and organising and less PPT construction, even in big departments and multi form entry primary schools. We need to encourage teachers to think through sequences and concepts and how they will explain, model and transition between them. Leaders, stop auditing planning via PPT analysis
