Hello - perhaps it is because I clicked through on my phone but when I looked at the Wordpress site it - to have a look at your talk - where it said “slides here “ it didn’t seem to be a link . So I thought I’d let you know - it may just be me not noticing something !
And while it doesn’t quite nail it ( and has an error - the imagining starts in the east and moves progressively west ) it does a pretty sound job . Perhaps more importantly - it make me want to read it again . It is such a beautifully written ending - and see again dark mutinous Shannon waves
5. The usual ai caveat : it needs checking by someone who can apprise the accuracy and validity - this COULD help turn students into better writers and readers - but is going to need US to guide that process still .
Where students shall be doing some creative writing - they shall plan out a story or simple start typing in response to a question and I’ll run chunks of their response through the writing coach either as they finish or as they go . And will share / compare pupil a with pupil b to z along the way
3. Can be used to critically evaluate drafts or compare version - and so might be a useful jumping off point for a session in writer choices : what has the writer chosen to do , what effects have those choices opened up for meaning etc . 4, am going to trial using this - live next Tuesday

I thought I’d then ask it to compare the actual Bradbury version to the one it had created . Wanting to see if it might pick out interesting teaching points on why actual human writing might be different to AI etc . It came back with interesting differences - and explored language choices
Then I thought I’d ask it to write some suggestions to get to a pre determined plot pt ( the killing of the T rex ) Was interested in what it would do . And thought might have application to help students who have plot ideas but struggle with developing them . It did an adequate job - but
