I recognize that I'm responding to a frustrated post out of frustration myself which is a terrible idea... But wouldn't that frustration be more productively aimed at the parties who are a little higher on the chain of causality? Maybe the parties that meet "but for" causality that are right there?
It's so frustrating that it seems like they're replacing Assistant with Gemini. They've been removing useful features of Assistant since 2022, and have now apparently decided a bullshit generator is more useful than being able to tell your phone to do things in plain language.
This is really fun when I pull into the garage and my spouse is inside the house on a phone call with her mother. Out of the blue MIL on surround!
Have you not gotten enough the past 15 years!? Lol
2/2 - Biden blundered early on in thinking showing solidarity would give him more influence in IL's response. - US has two available options left re Gaza (help IL destroy Hamas, cut military ties), neither likely to help end the conflict.
1/2 Cook's "Why" is more interesting imo than the "what" here, but the TL;DR is: - Wider escalation is unlikely post 8/25 b/c it's not in the interests of any of the political players. - Ceasefire in Gaza is unlikely b/c neither can provide the other with what they need to accept it.
Gotta check the cross tabs. For Ex: Latinos in general vote heavily Democratic, but Cuban Americans are as Republican as Louisiana.
Wil Wheaton is five years older than Stewart was at the start 🙃.
You leave the Clio timer running this time, or is this more pro bono screaming?
For me there was a moment about an hour into the reception where it clicked that everything was going to be alright, and we could just enjoy things. I hope that moment hits you sooner 😊.
