There are I think 7 (out of 33 statewide) GOP legislators from NE-2. I have to imagine they all prefer NE-2 to be a crucial battleground in a would-be president's eyes, instead of the complete write-off that the rest of the state is.
I saw it in a family restroom in rural Nebraska last week.

There are reports that the pagers all received a call right before exploding, which makes it sound like they were armed to go off after receiving a call from a certain number. If Israel had physical access to them before, I'd be surprised if they weren't also tracking calls for the five months.
