I'm a big Weird Al fan, and I'm not sure if this is a minority opinion in the Weird Al fandom, but Hardware Store is probably my favorite of his original songs. Only he could pull this off. www.youtube.com/watch?v=DFI6...

Since Twitter would consider this to be spam, I figured this could be another fun way to get to know me. And I'm including classical music, video game music, and TV/movie themes here because those are just as valid as regular music.
And I can criticize and mock the shit out of Elon and Trump without fearing that my account will be banned. This place feels way more fun and chill than Twitter.
On BlueSky, I can: Talk about politics without worrying about trolls barging into my mentions Talk about things I enjoy without being called a shill Be more open without worrying about being doxxed Not have right-wing propaganda shoved in my face whenever I log on
Media about teams of misfits and outcasts banding together have always appealed to me. Especially when they become unlikely heroes who stand up against evil.
Don't get me wrong, there are still many very good, fun, and creative people who you can follow. It's just that the algorithms make them harder to find in favor of the toxic sludge the billionaires want to promote.
It's frustrating how much algorithms, A/I, billionaires, and Big Tech have sucked so much joy, fun, creativity, and usefulness out of the internet, especially social media. Instead, they promote toxic people and A/I slop and hide information behind paywalls.

Well, this is a nice surprise. I got Super Mario Party Jamboree as an early birthday present and I've only been hearing good things about it. Also if anyone wants my Switch friend code and is 21+, feel free to DM me.
