No big deal just a tiny baby angel purring directly into my heart.

Photo of my fluffy white cat Francie curled up under my arm with one forepaw on my chest and her head on it. I’m white and wearing pale pink satin pajamas with cat drawings on them.

This is a massive but very faint and hard-to-image nebula called the Cosmic Question Mark. I was only able to get 4 hours of it last night, which is not enough. So this is not where I want it yet. But if it stays clear for another 4 hours tonight I might have something. #Astro#Astrophotography

NIRISS image of our universe, taken by JWST earlier today. PID: GO 3383, PI: Prof. Karl Glazebrook (Swinburne University of Technology). 🔭 🧪

Black and white near-infrared image. The largest object is a galaxy on the top left. Smaller background galaxies also appear in the image, with a few stars in the Milky Way.
