Only needed the one stream to get back into Metal Gear MSX, but wasn't happy enough with the runs to have a Master Collection PB. So had a crack offline tonight and I'm happy with this one. The MC version is slower than older versions, so this is fine. youtu.be/Gsmp3LCAvKE

I still hold the title as a role in the MGSR Discord server - I get my own little category in the user list. Fun fact, MGX1 is the only game in the series that is older than me (1987), by a little over 2 years (1989)! I've got 6 months on Snake's Revenge (1990).
For the game's 35th Anniversary, MGSR held a weekend stream with runners covering every game in the series - I ran Ground Zeroes. They also held the 4p MGX1 tournament which I was on backup for. When another runner dropped, I was drafted in and took the win in a clean sweep!
After weeks of battling with the MC and OBS for a decent trilogy run, I get to move along the Road to the Pentalogy series. Tonight I return to the series' roots with Metal Gear MSX! I have some awesome history with this game, winning MGSR's 35th Anniversary tournament in 2022.
My obligatory AGDQ submissions post. I applied as a remote runner as usual, I got MGS3 Kerotans on backup for SGDQ24, so here's hoping it might get bumped up this time around. I like the new submission form, there is so much more space to flesh out the details.
