I'm sure people who have been more closely following the AL Central teams are already aware of this, but this tidbit from the @joeposnanski.bsky.social newsletter this morning blew my mind.

Good news for the Orioles fans among us. Its me. I’m an Orioles fan.

Just happy my dad, a lifelong White Sox fan, died in 2022 (you know what I mean here). At least he got to savor the WS victory in 2005.

Truly wild. Hawk Harrelson would be rolling over in his grave if he were dead.

And then there’s the run differential. The Sox single handedly dragged the entire division far below .500 in that.

As a White Sox fan….sigh.
