Can you not just block here on Bluesky? We haven't run into any problematic accounts here. We understand the rules for blocking are changing at Twtitter, but our feeds on the alternatives have been very nice and non-confrontational.

I think it's all in who you follow and who you allow in your feed. We have never really had that much of a problem. But we will mute & block most annoying talk.
