2: Beyond accessibility challenges, many do not benefit from treatments. Factors underlying nonresponse are multitudinous. Two examples of such factors include delays in intervention delivery after an occurred challenge & a detachment of the therapy setting from daily life where challenges occur.

1: While the demand for psychological treatments is high, only a small percentage of those in need receive treatment. This suggests that the current dominant mode of treatment delivery, individual therapy, is unlikely to meet the needs for psychological care.
