Sunak was in power then and he banged on about supporting Israel even as their genocide in Gaza was evident and refused to stop selling them weapons I believe Labour pulled back on weapons supply since coming to power But bottom line is major nations need to follow Ireland and impose sanctions

I agree they shouldn’t take donations. But (and this is not a defence for them just statement of fact) it’s a system all parties and Governments have run with for decades or maybe hundreds of years It needs to change for sure but should we demonise this Govt for having done as all others ❓🤔
