I feel it used to be like that. That people would just enjoy drawing something in their own style. It did feel friendlier. Also less dumb, as you literally can't "fix a design" unless you show the use you intend for it. Did you fix it for a low budget 2D toonboom series? For a Moba? For furry comms?

Nobody really gets as much engagement on Twitter anymore. :x Artists are dividing their time and attention between that and all the would-be usurpers, and Twitter itself only promotes Elon and his cronies. That said, deliberate improvement is probably never a bad choice. :3
