Some laws evolved from the blood, sweat, tears&fights of men, women&children. Voting for reps who share the same desire to improve society, country&life as you is how it gets to bill status. Sometimes a bills take decades to become laws hence the marches, sit-ins, strikes& other forms of activism.
OMg school house rock taught this in the most basic way which you should be able to follow given your lack of vocabulary &resorting to name calling. You vote for the officials who take those issues who turn them into bills to be voted on by your elected reps who turn them into laws.
