Really kind of warmed to him on my last run-through. But then I'm a Neelix apologist, what do I know.
Neelix is (sadly) a hell of a lot more likable than Wesley. It helps that Neelix's character was "annoying happy-go-lucky chef" and not "messianic perfect know-it-all 15 year old wunderkind who always saves everyone"
