McConnell could Garlandize Garland because there weren’t 51 votes to go around him. Could Judiciary really prevent every nomination from coming to the floor? Would Collins and Murkowski go along with it? Ds should map out a procedural path for 51 to break any blockade. Prepare nukes if needed.
