Social media and virality isn't the big thing that changed. Wealth inequality, and the downstream effects of neoliberal defunding of basically all public goods, is the big change. A few stakeholders now wield so much power that mass protests on-par with decades past are less of a counterweight.
The one thing I always search for with making comics is how to make them faster. Speed is kind of the big crunch atm. Any techniques, tips, ideas, thoughts, or whatever else, that'll always, always be appreciated

My best movie-watching experience ever was in the supposedly troublemaker sixth grade boys' social studies class, watching the second half of the Princess Bride while the eighth graders wrapped up their standardized test. I have never seen any audience so invested in a movie. 5/
