The euphoric feeling of seeing players respond even more positively than you dared hope is one of the highest highs. Watching multiple streamers discover and conquer Dual Destiny today was joyous. Thank you to the fans, and to the colleagues who make magic happen.
It is extremely rare to make something and have it received with widespread enthusiasm and love. With Destiny I have now experienced that twice-- with Gambit in Forsaken, and with The Final Shape (all up, and more specifically Dual Destiny, made by the team I manage, whose glow I merely bask in).

The speed of some things, like Storm and Forge's relationship, was way too accelerated, and most of the characters (esp. Beast) are just caricatures. I appreciated that X-Men '97 featured more character beats than I expected. I loved the original because X-Men, but as an adult... it's no Owl House.
