I have a friend, whom I am very concerned about. A fully qualified at University Electrical Engineer, trained by a English Professor (oxford) who keeps the generator going on the roof for the families. I couldn't even get basic medical supplies to him, due to parcels (2022/23) and "officialdom" :/
