There's a lot of practical considerations to consider when it comes to state repression & maintaining movement momentum, but saying, "We need a small leadership who makes decisions for all of us" is just wild knowing the history.

Like, being against hierarchy is as much a practical consideration as it is an ideological one. Every major US movement from the 60's onwards that had concentrated decision makers were absolutely wiped out the moment the state either killed or imprisoned them.

I genuinely don't know how anyone looks at the big US movements since the 2000s from the alter globalisation to Occupy to BLM & see the type of state repression they all encountered & still think, "You know what would have helped? More concentrated hierarchies."

It depends entirely on your build haha, but I gave up on quite a few unless they were specifically in my way in the latter half of the game
