I'm planning a huge oil-based electronics factory to build after this. It's one of those "takes 20 hours to set up, but automates the next set of SE parts in under an hour" projects. x) I'll need the parts regardless. But it absolutely needs the boost in power production first.

I also have to run 2 separate trucks to get it all to the right places. I already have plans in mind to replace with trains but trucks will get it over the line which is what I need right now.

Figuring out the compacted coal was the most annoying part. I'd planned to sloop the mk2 miners until I unlocked mk3. The build is designed around mk3 output. Since I can't do that I'm slooping x3 assemblers. Waste of sloops (and power) but it's just to get me to mk3 miners.

Made some good progress on my turbofuel power station today. Maybe should've just done regular fuel first and turbofuel later, but ugh.. it was more than twice the power out of the same set of anemic oil nodes. Plus it makes a ton of rubber & plastic. It's a solid build, just took a while to set up.

That's a pretty good idea! I was Sky Captain from Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow one time. I wish still had the jacket because I'd custom made patches for it and it looked really good. Would be easy to do again if I had the right pieces x)
