I told my boss last fall I had a plan to fix our internship program. Last year, doing it the way we had been... we had 3 applicants for 2 positions. Ended up with only 1 lol. I started going to classes and building relationships with the professors... 30 applicants. Holy shit.

Spent yesterday at KU. Today at K-State. I'm tired of talking lol
