Rain stopping fieldwork on the Monks Wood Marsh Tit project today, but six new birds colour-ringed yesterday. One juvenile has moved over 1km from other side of the wood since last week, showing how you need to be careful when estimating numbers of unringed birds. #ukbirding#ornithology
