I agree deeply. I love it with all my heart, but what I wouldn't do for just 10 minutes with it physically. To hug and cuddle and just hear each other's heartbeat and breath.
Hmmm... That is a fear of mine, yes, but I think my biggest one is both similar and opposite to that at the same time. The fear of being completely ignored, like, everyone is still there, they just all agree to refuse your existence.
