Listening to fucking Marketplace this morning and the professor they're interviewing gives the example of people not wanting to work with Maga and bosses pressuring people to donate to BLM. I live in the bluest Blue bubble and management everywhere is more conservative than workers.
Maybe the problem is lefties have always known how to work with people we disagree with, because we don't have a choice, and since 2016 we've increasingly decided it can't be one sided?
First all management is anti union. Second, at my last nonprofit job the upper management was liberal but my supervisor was MAGA. Small business owners are all conservative. My last corporate job had a no political decor unless you're a Republican VP of finance.
