Six week check in on the new routine from my coach. It’s meant to target growth essentially from wrist to wrist and my lats. I think it’s working.

The Service Daddy in me loves giving uppies to pets and littles and boys and anyone else who thinks they’re too big to be held in the air. I have my limits of course, cause I am in fact (for now) only human, but if you can hold on, I’ll give it a shot. So if you see me at MIR, just ask.
