We could already be closer to those goals if more people put solar on their roofs and government buildings were retrofitted for solar. Unfortunately, the electric companies don't want people having solar on their roofs or property. :(
One of the very first book burnings that took place after Hitler took control was from medical centers that treated & studied Trans people. This was their first step in trying to rid the world of trans people.
There are a lot of kids out there that this idea could hurt, so we need to fund an outreach program that these kids can turn to instead of social media. A little off topic I know but, Parents shouldn't be giving their kids smart phones at ages younger than 13 either. Ok, I'm off my soap box now.
What we need to do is to raise the social networking age limit to 16, and use a non profit org for compliance because I don't want the social networking companies nor a for profit storing my private & personal information.
