A snippet from Aasiyah and Leila's childhood

A long comic strip following two original characters, Aasiyah and Leila Suleiman. Aaisyah has long hair tied in a braid, and Leila has short hair with her bangs clipped to the side with a butterfly clip. She also has large cat-eye glasses. Aasiyah is colored in red while her sister is blue. Helpful boxes in the first panel mention that Aasiyah is 13 and Leila is 7 years old here. The girls are sat on a bed playing their Nintendo DS Lites. Leila shouts "Oh! Baji, my egg. It's hatching!" Aasiyah is not interested but asks what it is anyways. Leila says it's a "Blue dog!" To which her older sister shouts "RIOLU?!"
The comic continues here. Aasiyah is thinking to herself, "I've been waiting for my own Riolu to hatch for so long..." and then she gets an idea. With a laugh, she tells her little sister "That pokemon is sooo weak." This deflates Leilas earlier excitement significantly. Then, she adds, "But- I can trade you for a REALLY strong egg~" Leila thinks the deal over for a second and naively agrees. A text box in the style of the pokemon games reads "Aasiyah used Straight Up Lie." Two magikarp images border the box on either side.
The final part of this comic: Another text box says "A few days later..." The panel below it has a yellow thunderbolt like frame split in two with either sibling on one side. Aasiyah excitedly says, "Alright! Leila, are you ready for a Pokemon Battle?" Leila, equally excited nods her head. They're both holding their devices, ready for the fight. The final panel is a screenshot of the battle. Aasiyah's newly obtained Riolu is up against the Magikarp that was exchanged for it and now has evolved to its final form. Aasiyah, once again shocked, screams "IS THAT A GYARADOS?!?" Gleefully, Leila replies, "I wanted to show you the egg you gave me!"

Started rewatching the Magical Doremi. The dub was always hilarious XD
