When you finally find yourself in a reply all-unsubscribe loop (current count=380 emails), you learn who you are: My partner and I learned tonight that we are people who troll our friends for trying to unsubscribe & come up with plans to get it going again once it seems like it’s calmed down.

Spent the weekend touring colleges in Minnesota. Here I learned that my child is annoyed I raised her in SoCal near the beach (an apparent hellscape), the big NYC, and the little NJ instead of keeping her in the land of o’lakes of her birth like a normal person.

Started the day with an indicted Senator and ended it with a no confidence vote in my university president. This year’s transition from beach to work has left a lot to be desired.
