It is not "both sides" to care about both Israeli and Palestinian civilians. It is firmly on the one side of morality, humanity, and truth. It is only "both sides" to say so if you think there is a group of civilians who do not deserve to live.
Captain Curmudgeon goes for walks in the Curmudgeonmobile while he is having spinal issues. Don't let the puppy eyes fool you, this dog loves to be included but hates walking so a stroller is a dream come true for him
My dad has a Barbie-themed work picnic tomorrow and he just came out dressed up as Senior Citizen Ken. It gets 5 stars and one WTF from me.
If Harpo wasn't miserable enough with his neck pain and prednisone, he got bit by some sort of insect on his walk and now his paw is really uncomfortable. It's been a rough week or so for this little guy.
Going to the vet tomorrow and just trying to keep him comfortable until then (he is still eating and isn't in pain when laying down).
It's just been one thing after another lately. Last Friday we had a broken fridge, glass all over the floor from a broken replacement freezer we bought, and an infection. Now, Harpo is screaming in pain sometimes when he twists a certain way.
I’ve got prelim research that indicates the non-disabled legislators sure AF are not speaking on behalf of people with disabilities, & there are still a ton of barriers to voting, so YES. Disabled people do *really* need representation.
Monday: someone asking if disabled people *really* need to be represented in elected office Tuesday: someone arguing that the Capitol Crawl should have never happened and that it's disrespectful for me to mention that history I've had enough of this week.
Fall is my favorite season, but I also have seasonal affective disorder. I am so HAPPY but also so SAD I haven't seen sunlight in 5 days
Harpo could never survive in the wild, especially considering that he demands to be given filtered water in a drinking glass after he's done playing (filtered water in a BOWL is an abomination)
