today’s surprises: ⦿ supervising the cutting down of a palm tree and the grinding of the stump ⦿ learning that a grinding machine with treads can power itself up a hill ⦿ capturing a baby lizard (pinkie-sized!) in the house, releasing said baby to safety under the pepper tree
