Dinner tonight: We had homemade focaccia with onions, sage, and Parmesan, with salami, cheese, peppers, and olives (and an olive oil, Parmesan, garlic, and red pepper dipping sauce). Rosé for me and IPA for him. 🍜🍽️

Dinner tonight: Shrimp and Crawfish Étouffée with Carolina Gold rice. 🍽️🍜🌶️

Add the shrooms (same seasonings) too. Put everything back in to roast another 10 minutes. Remove both sheet pans from the oven. Plate the potatoes and salmon. You may want to put the mushrooms back in for another 5 minutes. But, otherwise, also plate up your veg. Enjoy! (2/2)
