Because Mr. Comey was playing politics and Mr. Smith is following the law as best he can since Mr. Trump has the idiot Judge in FL and 5 supreme justices shielding him from the actual laws of the land as we still have them.
Trump is going to take credit, like he did when Obama left office.
Maybe if his platform was the exact opposite of what we see with our own eyes and here with our ears on a daily basis AND he wasn't a convicted felon, liar, and mentally impaired.
