This is tied into my general rule that almost everything needs more editing than it gets nowadays. Ideal length for: a film, 90 minutes an album, 40-45 minutes a book, 200 pages tops.

I do like the occasional longer film but then I’ll watch it in two halves 🤷‍♂️ - some of my favourite albums are 30 - 35 mins
