Was on a flight today delayed by an hour because they couldn't fit a mobility device in the cargo hold. They ended up rebooking that passenger. Terrible for everyone involved, including missed connections. Every aircraft, even regional jets, should have room for all sizes of motor scooters. ✈️🧑🦼
It was incredible to see the first Unicode Technology Workshop come together! We packed the agenda with topics ranging from Scripts to Keyboards and ICU4X to Emoji. Attendees are coming away with the network, skills, and inspiration to build new products, tools, and libraries for global users.
I see it as testing changes: how does this iteration compare to the baseline/control? Sometimes it is an improvement and sometimes not. I'm often surprised that changes I expected to be positive end up undermining other aspects of the experience, so I revert them in the next iteration.
