This seems like the must obvious bait... And yet my index finger is twitching.

I have a friend who will "react" to a text, and then within about half an hour send back a written response. It throws me every time.

... In my defence I have never in my life read a Ginger Megs comic strip and although my grandfather used to read me passages from "The Sentimental Bloke" I guess I never spend much time thinking about Ginger Mick.

I discovered last night that for all my life I had mistakenly thought "Ginger Mick" and "Ginger Meggs" were the same character...

Haha! I remember the first time my late cat saw a child. He didn't know what the hell she was. The child did literally nothing, just stepped through the front door, and my cat got up on his tip-toes, arched his back and skittered away backwards. Too scared to even hiss.

The more I think about this one the funnier it is. Maybe because it would actually work as a band name.
