Yes, a lot about ADHD (even the name) is about how it "inconveniences" other people. When you've developed coping mechanisms that constantly exhaust you, cause you to blame yourself for your failings, lead to burnout etc, you're "fine" to the outside world.

my mom is in her seventies and is stressed out so much by simple things when she should be relaxing. i cant imagine the stress of someone her age or older being in any position of power like that, especially as a leader of a country
i said this a while ago on my twitter account, but there really should be an age limit on who runs as president. not even because of political reasons, but because of the health issues that come later on in life and how stress is a catalyst for so, so many life-threatening conditions for the elderly
