Hey, thank you! It’s printed all at once on a watercolor paper that’s got some texture. So the shading is an illusion of depth. It’s inspired by architectural ornament drawings from the late 1800s and early 1900s

These are two generations of Flourish, a generative artwork I built using JavaScript and P5.js over the winter. I’m having two 16x16” prints framed soon. It’s been a trip to design something to look like a work on paper for months, and then print it and see it in person.
Maybe mastodon or blue sky will never topple the giant, but maybe they don’t need to. A lot of social networks are conductive to specific aspects of our ego, professional, or creative, or family oriented, or shit-posty. Maybe blue sky will be for something else because the whole world isn’t watching
