My sense from the letter was that Twitter was trying to backdoor a noncompete claim. Hence them vaguely suggesting that former Twitter employees just inherently had trade secrets in their brains and so couldn't work for any social media company. That ain't how it works.
Someone posted Oceangate's Pitch Deck on Twitter and the slides literally called their subs "The Tesla of Deep Sea" and quoted Elon Musk a few times lol. Oof.

Right now many of these folks are sending up test balloons - Trump’s use of AI in the DeSantis video, Musk’s censorship in Turkey for the election. All of it is precedent-setting and testing waters ahead of ‘24. It will get worse. Q is how to respond when gov overall won’t, or may not in time
