You can't "overrule" expanding the Supreme Court - its size isn't in the Constitution and expansion has been done before. With that said, this imperial Court needs be reformed immediately, and without the dithering and whining we've traditionally seen, or else

This court has made clear that it will do whatever it damn well pleases. They will absolutely issue an opinion overruling such an act and it will create a massive crisis.
