That's very interesting. Clients are sometimes surprised that there is so much on a particular topic in the index, because it doesn't loom so large in the book in their head I suppose.
Pleased, but a bit overwhelmed. Seeing the book re-presented and re-ordered can make you realise the magnitude of writing it all over again.
