I haven't donated in a while. I know my health isn't great and even if I meet their requirements, I'm not sure it's a good idea.

It's been done for 30 years in Winnipeg.
I didn't know that was allowed in Canada but apparently it's up to the provinces and legal everywhere except Quebec. I think only for plasma but I haven't finished googling.
