costco should be a sovereign entity w/ one unifying system of laws governing all its stores. costco law would be just & fair and supersede u.s. law within store boundaries. anyone in any state could go in and get an abortion and/or gender affirming care + all their usual groceries, etc

Rochester is a great place to live. As with any area, the number of job opportunities available depends on what you want to do. In general, upstate/western NY home prices are lower because the tax burden is pretty high.
