Just came back to this... I also am an atheist verging on antitheist, and getting mad at this is EXACTLY the same thing as them getting mad at "happy holidays". As well fly off the handle at "Drive safe".

That is such a boring and simple reaction to what is essentially wishing everyone well. Not like they told the passengers that "Jesus has a plan for you all" or anything.
I'm not sure at all how it would work in a home application, but the commercially available non dairies with avocado as a base have the most dairy like consistency that I've found.
I remember you talking about it on the podcast. How is it at non-dairy?
