this is the worst job ad i've seen in awhile. there's more on the image than what i put in the alt text but i tried to caption the worst parts. this is a company whose tagline is "(real creators, AI ads)"
So what I'm cleaning from this ad is: 1) they have a goal to make money (or at least raise prestige leading to a buy-out) by using AI to sell ads more effectively. 2) they have no idea how to do that 3) it's going to be your fault when they fail. Why didn't you work harder?

This degree of toxicity surely breeds all manner of other toxic behaviors. Is it all straight white males who go out on predatory raids after work in local bars?
