which is not the case, but anytime I see anything I get slightly defensive but mostly distraught. thoughts like "no wonder more people didn't leave a comment, no wonder no one is sharing this. I truly must suck." and while I know that's not the case, it's been hard getting out of that mindset.

I also know that it's something I mostly have to work on with myself, but I also wish people would be less blasé about posting things. I know they won't, so I have to prioritize how I respond to things. shitty how it has to be that way. 🙃
